摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined substrate with excellent accuracy in positioning conductive film patterns between both synthetic resin substrates and a method for manufacturing a liquid crystal display device using the same, in the combined substrate formed by sticking a pair of the synthetic resin substrates with the respectively formed conductive film patterns with each other, and in the method for manufacturing the liquid crystal display device using the same. SOLUTION: Before pattern exposure in the step to form transparent electrodes 1b, 2b by working respective transparent conductive films in patterns after forming the respective transparent conductive films on each one side of the pair of the synthetic resin substrates 1a, 2a, the respective synthetic resin substrates 1a, 2a are subjected to drying treatment in vacuum and subsequently are stuck to each other. Also after the drying treatment, the respective synthetic resin substrates 1a, 2a are kept in a less humid atmosphere than that of the step forming the transparent electrodes 1b, 2b as necessary.
