PURPOSE: A cyber system model recommending the information of local clinics to patients through the Internet is provided to disperse patients gathered at the third clinic into the first or second local clinic, to improve the service quality of the third clinic and the financial balance of the first or second local clinic, and to minimize the time and economic loss of the patients. CONSTITUTION: The patients connect to a homepage served by a server(2) of a total information provider through an own computer(6) or digital phone(7), inputs the own address(city, district, and section) into the initial screen, and clicks a finding button. The patients get the further information about the local clinics. So, that helps the patients go to the near first or second local clinics instead of going to the crowded third clinics. As a result, the patients can reduce the waste of the time and economy and the medical circles can be developed more and more.
