COATED PAPER OF NONWOVEN FABRIC FOR INK JET PRINTING

摘要

PURPOSE: A coated paper of polyester nonwoven fabric for ink jet printing comprising an under coating layer formed by a printing layer and a top coating layer formed by an ink receiving layer is provided, which has excellent printing quality, printability and printing stability. CONSTITUTION: In a coated paper for ink jet printing formed by a printing layer on an embossed nonwoven fabric, the embossed portion of spun bonded nonwoven fabric is formed by an under coating layer covered with a foamed binder resin composition and a top coating layer formed by an ink receiving layer is formed on the front surface of the under coated nonwoven fabric. The binder resin composition contains an acrylic-based binder resin emulsion, sodium lauryl sufate-based foaming agent and cellulose-based foaming agent.
