PURPOSE: Provided is a system to produce gasoline and kerosene and other crude raw materials from thermoplastics such polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, polypropylene, nylon and waste plastics from home and industry. CONSTITUTION: The system and the manufacturing process comprise: drying and pulverizing waste plastics into the size of 1cm; heating them at 220-300deg.C in heating vessel (1a) and generating gases with emulsifying agents of Y-NH+4 type for pyrolysis; cooling the gas to 54deg.C through condensing equipment (3a) to get crude oil and heating with emulsifying agents of Y-NH+4 type in the reactor to produce gasoline, diesel and kerosene according to each temperature. This temperature is controlled by cooling fan (7) and the system is run under atmospheric pressure without many moving parts and raw materials is fed to input entrance (5) with dust collection equipment (1b).
