PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact seal device for bearing capable of preventing the generation of unevenness in the sealing performance, having durability while maintaining the secure sealing performance against the intrusion of the fluid without providing a special countermeasure against the intrusion of the fluid, and having high reliability. SOLUTION: When the leaked cooling water reaches a bearing 15, the leaked cooling water is drained by a disk member 20a of a slinger 20 of a seal device 21 of the bearing 15, and intrusion of the leaked cooling water is securely hindered by each seal part formed in the seal device 21, namely, a radial seal part formed by overlapping a third seal lip 19c and a second slinger projection part 20c in the radial direction for sliding, a radial seal part formed by overlapping a second seal lip 19b and a first slinger projection part 20b in the radial direction for sliding, and an axial seal part formed by sliding the first seal lip 19a with a pump shaft 2. Even if the vibration is generated in the pump shaft 2, the radial seal parts overlapped with each other in the radial direction for sliding are not separated, and the sealing performance is thereby improved. |
