PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an azolylmethylcyclopentyl ether derivative useful as an agricultural and horticultural bactericide, a method for producing the same and the agricultural and horticultural bactericide containing the above derivative as an active ingredient and exhibiting an excellent controlling effect against a wide range of plant blights. SOLUTION: This azolylmethylcyclopentyl ether derivative of the general formula (I), wherein, R1 is a 1-6C alkyl, a 1-6C halogenated alkyl, a 3-6C alkenyl, a 3-6C alkynyl or a 7-9C aralkyl that may have a substituting group; and R2, R3 are each independently H or a 1-6C alkyl is a new compound and can be used as the active ingredient of the agricultural and horticultural bactericide. |
