PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce generation of impact sound by suppressing hunting at the time of closing a movable plate. SOLUTION: An opening 68 interconnecting first and second chambers 52, 54 is made in a wall 56 for partitioning both chambers and the opening 68 is opened/closed by a movable plate 78 depending on the pressure difference between both chambers. In such a differential pressure holding damper 50, a resistor member 84 for regulating the ventilation resistance is provided at least on one side of the interconnection opening 68.
