PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an iron quantity to be used without dividing an undefloor part, and without regulating the undefloor effective depth in a foundation of a dwelling house. SOLUTION: This foundation structure forms a leg part Aa for installing a column B for supporting a column C of a building in at least an end part of a concrete foundation beam A, and integrally installs the column B in this leg part Aa so as to resist force acting on the column B. The concrete foundation beam A is formed by providing a cross-sectional shape set so that a width made to correspond to proof strength of the ground and vertical force and horizontal force acting on the building and strain caused by the action of force are restrained in an allowable range. The column B is constituted by integrally installing a pullout preventive member 3 in a lower part of a transmission member 2.
