摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for determining the optimum fuel cycle design and the optimum control method for operating a core of a specific reactor. SOLUTION: Multiple simulation of the core being operated under various conditions and various limitations is simultaneously executed. Simulation output data relating to each control vartable case is collected, normalized, and mapped in a secondary polynomial expression being applied to the simulation case data relating to each control variable. By using the polynomial expression, the dependent variable value of a performance parameter is estimated over the limited range of an independent control variable value. By comparing performance parameter values estimated from each polynomial expression estimation value by using a target function, the possibility bringing the greatest improvement by the relating independent performance variable is determined.
