发明名称 Dispositif de transmission destiné à assurer l'entraînement en rotation de broches de fausse torsion
摘要
1,091,016. False-twisting arrangements. KUNGER MANUFACTURING CO. Ltd. Nov. 26, 1964 [Dec. 2, 1963 (2); Jan. 17, 1964], Nos. 47501/63; 47502/63 and 2230/64. Heading D1D. A device for supporting and rotating a false-twisting spindle comprises a track for contacting and rotating the spindle and magnetic means having at least two pole-pieces spaced apart in the direction of the spindle axis, the track being rotatable about a single axis substantially parallel to the axis of rotation of the spindle and extending beyond the pole-pieces to space the spindle a small distance from the pole pieces, and being so disposed relative to the pole pieces that the track does not pass through the gaps between the pole pieces and the parts of the spindle opposite the pole pieces. In Fig. 1, a wheel 13 is mounted on a driven shaft 10 mounted in bearings in an arm 12 and is disposed between the pole-pieces of a horse-shoe magnet comprising separate magnets 14, 15 joined by a soft iron separator 9. The circumference of the wheel extends beyond the pole-pieces so that gaps are left between the pole-pieces 16 and collars 18, 19 on the spindle. Members 21, 22 of tungsten carbide are carried by the magnets and engage the collars to position the spindle. The polepieces taper towards the spindle and the lower pole-piece 14 has an aperture to allow the spindle to pass through it. In Fig. 5, a shaft 216 fast with a sleeve 217 engaged by a driving-belt is mounted in bearings 213 and terminals in an inverted cup with external bands 221, 222 leaving a gap between them to receive a collar 228 on the spindle. The pole-pieces of a horse-shoe magnet extend above and below the cup; each pole-piece is composed of two fingers joined by a stepped and tapering member 227c, 226c. In other forms, (a) Fig. 3 not shown, magnets as in Fig. 1 and of oppositely arranged polarities are disposed between two wheels mounted on the same driven shaft and opposite an enlarged armature portion of the spindle, (b) Fig. 8 not shown, a cup-member as in Fig. 5 has a single band between the poles of a horse-shoe magnet and engages the spindle between upper and lower collars.
