PURPOSE: To solve such problem of conventional sanitary napkin that excretion liquid can not be absorbed enough due to the difficulty of continuously being in contact with the privates following the movement of a wearer. CONSTITUTION: The fixed parts 6a, 6b of a central elastic member 6 are disposed outside the fixed parts 4a, 4b, 5a, 5b of both side elastic members 4, 5, whereby when a support 3 is spread, a liquid absorbing member 2 is deformed like an inverted V-shape with both side parts 2R, 2L bent at the elastic member 6 of the top. The liquid absorbing member 2 is supported in a hollow state by the elastic members 4, 5, 6 provided to be freely deformed. Thus, this sanitary napkin can easily follow the movement of the wearer while being in contact with the privates.
