摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid reduction in joining strength of a bottomed cylindrical member and a blocking-up member. SOLUTION: A metal mold device for molding a body member 162 has an opening-closing mold 270 and slide cores 280 and 282. The slide cores 280 and 282 are arranged so as to be capable of advancing and retreating in the opening- closing mold 270 in the direction parallel to the center line of the bottomed cylindrical part 170 and in the direction orthogonal to the opening-closing direction of the opening-closing mold 270. The opening-closing mold 270 is closed, and in a state of being moved to an advance end position where a shoulder surface 344 of the slide cores 280 and 282 abuts to a shoulder surface 368, a molten metal is injected into a cavity 286 to mold the body member 162. An inner peripheral surface 178 of the bottomed cylindrical part 170 is molded by an outer peripheral surface 346 of a tip part 342 of the slide cores 280 and 282, and an opening side end surface 176 is molded by the shoulder surface 344. A cap is fitted without applying machine work to the inner peripheral surface 178 of the bottomed cylindrical part 170 and the opening side end surface 176 to mutually join mutual close contact end surfaces.</p>
