PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an ejector bar from being retained as it is projected for a while when a door is opened and to reduce a power consumption. SOLUTION: This door device for a refrigerator comprises a door for opening/closing an opening of a storage chamber, a motor operated door opening unit for opening the door by operating a force of an opening direction to the door when energized, a switch for opening the door to output a door opening signal when operated by a user, and a door switch for outputting an open signal when the door is opened. In this case, the door opening unit is controlled that, when the door opening signal is inputted in a state in which the door is closed, the door opening unit is energized, and thereafter, when the open signal is inputted, the door opening unit is deenergized.
