PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an operating lever from projecting into luggage room when a flip-up seat provided in the rear of an RV such as a wagon vehicle or a minivan is flipped up, so as to safely carry luggage and simplify the structure of a lock member. SOLUTION: An unlocking rod 25 for driving a lock bracket 22 which engages the striker 42 of a vehicle body floor 40 has its end 25a separated from the rotating arm 32 of the operating lever 30. The operating lever 30 is attached to the lower portion of the rear end of a seat cushion 11. When the seat cushion 11 is operated to flip upward, the operating lever 30 is prevented from projecting into the luggage room R even during the operation of storing the lock bracket 22, and the use of a separated structure provides a simplified structure without connectors, etc.
