PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the efficiency is decreased and the number of pipings to be worked is increased in the conventional indoor heat exchanger in which supply of both hot and cold water is required for conducting dehumidification without lowering the temperature too much. SOLUTION: The cold water is passed in a cold-water path A2 of a heat exchanger A1 from (a) in the downwind to the upwind through b-c-d-e-f-g, and again to the downwind h, the cold water, while absorbing heat from air, flows upwind through a-b-c-d-e-f-g of the cold water path A2, and the water temperature is raised, and the temperature of the air is lowered in the downwind and the air is dehumidified. The heated cold water is brought to h in the path A2 for heat-exchange with the dehumidified low temperature air, and the air temperature is raised without lowering the temperature too much in the operation for dehumidification.
