PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of commodity value by restricting foreign matter such as dust attached or flaws generated becoming conspicuous, achieving soundproof performance by sound diffusing effect without using sound absorbing material on the surface, preventing damage by reflection light by diffusing light, increase regidity as a whole, and achieve lightness. SOLUTION: This panel is composed of a surface side face plate 3a and a back side face plate 3b, and fine irregularities 5 are continuously formed wholly along the surfaces of the face side surface plate 3a and the back side face plate 3b.
