PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior panel made of cement with a decorative member reducing a weight of the panel used in a large-size exterior member such as a curtain wall and preventing the occurrence of a crack and warping. SOLUTION: This exterior panel made of cement with the decorative member is provided with the panel 11 made of a hardened body of a cement component and the decorative member 12 provided on one face of the panel 11, and the cement component contains at least cement, pozzolan minute powders, aggregate having a particle diameter of 2 mm or less, water, and water reducing agent.
