PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool box structure of construction machinery capable of surely preventing engress of water inside thereof. SOLUTION: The tool box structure of construction machinery includes a tool box body (6) at least opened upward and, at the same time, forming shoulder sections (24) expanded in the outside direction on the circumferential edges (20) of the opening, a tool box cover body 8 forming flanges (30) so as to confront them with the shoulder sections on the circumferential edges and mounted on the tool box body to close the opening and weather strips (32) attached to the tool box cover body along the flanges and bringing lip sections (32b) into contact with the shoulder sections in a state to mount the tool box cover body on the tool box body.
