PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a construction method for creating a sand drain pile in the water bottom ground. SOLUTION: A casing 4 for arranging water injection valves 6, 7 and 8 at proper intervals in the lengthwise direction is intruded down to the prescribed depth of the water bottom ground 2. Sand 9 equivalent to a single sand drain pile mixed with water is inputted in the casing 4. Water 10 is inputted from the water injection valves positioned in the water. After setting a water level of the water 10 in the same as a water level (a water level of a water surface 1 such as the sea and lakes and marshes) of outside water, the water is continuously discharged out of the casing 4. While maintaining the water level in the casing 4 in the state by injecting water from the water filling valves positioned in the water, the sand 9 is discharged from the lower end of the casing 4 to for the sand drain pile 11 having the prescribed length in the water bottom ground 2.
