PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair growing cosmetic excellent in hair growing effect and promoting hair growth. SOLUTION: This hair growing cosmetic is characterized by containing dinucleoside polyphosphate represented by the general formula (Wherein, N1 and N2 are each a nucleoside selected from the group consisting of adenosine, guanosine, inosine, cytidine, thymidine and uridine; one of R1 or R2 is O and the other is a substituent selected from the group consisting of O, methylene group, imido and S; and (n) is an integer of 0-5).
