PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely absorb the speed difference between a movable roller pair and a fixed roller pair with a simple structure. SOLUTION: This device comprises a roller pair 102a supported on a fixed base 122, a roller pair 100b supported on a movable base 124, and a driving mechanism 126 for integrally rotating the roller pairs 102a and 100b. The driving mechanism 126 comprises a single motor 160, a first pulley member 134 for constituting the roller pair 102, a second pulley member 148 for constituting the roller pair 100b, and a timing belt 168 connected to the motor 160 and meshed with the first and second pulley members 134 and 148 to rotate only the second pulley member 148 in the lift of the movable base 124.
