PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dolly easy to pull up and sure to stop. SOLUTION: On a mounting bracket 22 of a rear free wheel 15R, an arm 25 extended to a front end is oscillatingly supported at its base end by a shaft 27. A floating member 30 is provided at the extended end thereof on which a front free wheel 15F is mounted. A first jack 41 is mounted between the floating member 30 and a bottom plate 18, with its rod elongated up and down by footing a pedal 48. A second stopping jack 41A having the same structure as the first jack 41 is provided adjacent to the first jack 41 on the lower face of the floating member 30. When the pedal 48 of the first jack 41 is footed, a body is pushed up at its front end while the arm 25 is oscillated, causing a fixed wheel 16 to be floated from a travel plane and a meal service vehicle to be moved in parallel. When the foot pedal 48 of the second jack 41A is footed, the rod is elongated to cause a prop to be formed between the floating member 30 and the travel plane and the meal service vehicle to be held in a stopped condition.
