PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for distribution of vehicle driving force, capable of further reflecting the traveling condition of a vehicle to the distribution of driving force. SOLUTION: Since the distribution of driving force is controlled by a means 152 for controlling distribution of driving force, based on an actual slip ratio difference calculated by a means 140 (S3) for calculating a slip ratio difference, a vehicle traveling condition is further reflected to the distribution of driving force between front and rear wheels. Therefore, the driving force is more properly distributed and high maneuverability of the vehicle can be secured.
