PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rebound reducing agent capable of reducing the rebound ratio and the dust amount and allowing spraying economically to be executed, a spraying material thereof, and to provide a spraying method using the rebound reducing agent. SOLUTION: This rebound reducing agent comprises an alginate and a polyacrylate or comprises the alginate, polyacrylamides and further the polyacrylate. The spraying material comprises a quick-setting agent and the rebound reducing agent. A cement composition comprises a cement and the spraying material. The spraying method comprises spraying a quick-setting cement containing cement and a quick-setting agent and the rebound reducing agent by mixing the both materials at a spraying nozzle part.
