PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve decrease in picture quality resister difference at link parts of the data pad in a link structure of the data pad part of a liquid crystal display device and in a structure of driving circuit arrangement in contact therewith. SOLUTION: Data driving circuits in a part, where the number of output channels of the data driving circuits and a large number of data pads are divided into a prescribed multiple of the number of channels of the driving circuits, are decreased in resister difference due to link parts arranged at equal intervals, and only a link part of the data wiring which cannot be divided into the prescribed multiple is designed to be compensated, and thereby the decrease in picture quality due to the resister difference in the link part is improved.
