PURPOSE: A system for the auction and total shopping mall using an Internet chatting room is provided for the enough information exchange and price negotiation between a seller and a buyer through the interactive and real-time information exchange. CONSTITUTION: The buyer(or web client) connects to the shopping mall and takes the authentication procedure(S100). The buyer can search, purchase, and sell products through the product area in real time(S200,S300). If the business is successive, the web server stores the business specification to a DB. When the buyer wants the chatting service while seeing the product, the buyer enters into the open chatting room and chats with a marketer like the seller(S400). The buyer exchanges the opinion on the product with the seller and shares the information with the seller. That is the reason the buyer can purchase or sell the product in the optimal condition(S500). After the business, only if the buyer is on the connection with the site, the buyer can use the service(S600).
