PURPOSE: A sea explosion height measuring apparatus is provided to decrease an error in the measurement by calculating an explosion height by recording an explosion image and material processing image and then recognizing geometrical information thereof automatically and semiautomatically. CONSTITUTION: A sea explosion height measuring apparatus includes an image photographing part(110) mounting a zoom lens(111) for photographing an image of a long-distance object and converting the photographed image into an electric signal, an image display part(130) displaying the photographed image on a screen, an image recording part(140) recording a peculiar number of a test bomb by a speech and the electric signal at a tape, an image conversion part(120) converting the electric signal to be suitable for the image display part and the image recording part and transmitting the converted signal to the image display part and the image recording part, an image reproduction part(160) reproducing image data recorded at the tape, and an explosion height calculation part(170) storing the reproduced image signal at an auxiliary memory device and processing the image signal for calculating the height of sea explosion.
