摘要 PURPOSE: An optical communication module is provided to improve a frequency response characteristic to have a high frequency response characteristic with 8GHz by performing an impedance matching by a compensating element installed at the outside of a package. CONSTITUTION: A cap(30) is combined with a lower stem(40) of a body in which a laser diode and a photo detector are built, and a window is installed in the center of an upper surface of the cap(30). A plurality of leads(10b,10c,10d) connected with the laser diode and the photo detector are installed at a lower surface of the stem(40). The lead(10c) is connected with a hot terminal of the photo detector. The dummy lead(10b) is not connected with the laser diode and the photo detector and is electrically floated. The lead(10d) is connected with the hot terminal of the photo detector, and is connected with the dummy lead(10b) by a compensating element.
