PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide drain oil passage structure of excellent machinability ensuring opening area without being axially extended in cooling and lubricating structure for a transmission unit. SOLUTION: In the transmission unit wherein cooling lubricating oil supplied from a lubricating oil supply oil passage 67 to a seal bearing 63 is drained from a drain oil passage without being accumulated, the radial drain oil passage is formed as a groove-like oil passage long in the circumferential direction of a support member and short in the axial direction.
