PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care preparation for prevention of chapped skin, having platelet activation factor antagonism and having effect on improvement and prevention of chapped skin symptom due to various kinds of skin diseases such as atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, eczema and psoriasis and chapped skin of healthy persons. SOLUTION: This skin care preparation is obtained by formulating an extract of Boesenbergia pandurataSchl which is a plant of the genus Zingiber of the family Zingiberaceae, an extract of Kaempferia angustifolia which is a plant of the genus Kaempferia of the family Zingiberaceae or an extract of Phyllanthus niruri L. which is a plant of the genus Phyllanthus of the family Euphor biaceae as an active ingredient. |
