PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material having high hardness and free from the generation of corrosion to the surface of a soft base material composed of stainless steel, a ferrous alloy, titanium, a titanium alloy, aluminum, an aluminum alloy, brasss, copper, a copper alloy, magnesium, a magnesium alloy or the like. SOLUTION: An amorphous alloy film is applied and formed on the surface of a soft base material, by which the material having high hardness, free from the generation of flaws caused by impact and also free from corrosion can be attained.
