PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and rapidly fix luggage in a walk-through space between right and left vehicle seats; easily and rapidly bind luggage placed between the right and left vehicle seats; and fix the luggage in place by means of a simple arrangement through a simple operation. SOLUTION: A side table 21 is provided at the side of a seat cushion 12. The side table 21 has a table body 23 capable of assuming a stored position in which it extends along the side of the seat cushion 12 and a use position in which it is drawn out of the side of the seat cushion 12 to project toward the other vehicle seat 11. A luggage retainer 25 which projects toward the side of the seat cushion 12 opposite thereto when the table body 23 is in the use position is slidably provided in the table body 23. A hook 33 for hooking the luggage W2 is provided at the front end of the luggage retainer 25.
