PURPOSE: A potable waterproof pack having a cross sectional form, capable of containing potable articles such as potable cassette player and mobile phone and hanging on a neck is provided, which prevents potable articles from being damaged by water and lost. CONSTITUTION: This potable waterproof pack comprises: a soft buffering member having a cross sectional form and performing a buffer function by pouring air through an opening part; a soft front face member(2) made of transparent material to discriminate potable articles such as potable cassette player and mobile phone with the naked eye and forming a rectangular bag by attaching to the buffer material to contain the articles; a locker(3) for locking the opening part of the buffer member and front surface member to prevent water from infiltrating into the bag; and a pair of pushing members for fixing the upper part of the buffer member and front surface member to the inner part of the locker.
