PURPOSE: A pressing roller for producing an automobile tire is provided, thereby removing remaining air in the rubber sheet of a tire without changing the shape of the rubber sheet and preventing the rubber sheet does from adhering to the outer wheel of the roller during removing the air. Therefore, the production rate of inferior products can be decreased. CONSTITUTION: The pressing roller for producing the automobile tire removes remaining air in the rubber sheet of the tire by passing a number of rollers over the surface of the rubber sheet(1) on the prominence by operation of a piston(3) in the outer air cylinder(3). The pressing roller is composed of a penetrating hole which an air tube is installed inside; an outer wheel and an inner wheel made from plastics; metal bearing cases being between the outer wheel and inner wheel; and metal and plastic balls of the oil-free bearing used in the metal bearing cases.
