PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately lubricate a lubricated object in a housing with lubricating oil by restraining the lubricating oil from leaking outside of the housing. SOLUTION: A spiral groove 45 is provided at a part, projected into the housing 12 from an annular partition wall 16A of a gear cartridge 16, of a hub 25 constituting a connecting member 21, and the spiral groove 45 is rotated together with the hub 25 to deliver the lubricating oil discharged to the other end side outer peripheral surface of the hub 25 from an oil feeding port 18 of the gear cartridge 16, to the driving gear 28 side. The lubricating oil supplied toward the interior of the housing 12 from the oil feeding port 18 is thereby restrained from leaking outside of the housing 12 through a clearance between the hub 25 and the annular partition wall 16A, so that the lubricating oil from the oil feeding port 18 can be positively supplied into the housing 12.
