PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified motor scooter concurrently obtaining the merits of a rider-propelled scooter and a power-propelled motorized bicycle by providing a motor on the rider-propelled scooter, and driving the rear wheel with the output of the motor without using a transmission device in the conventional power-propelled motorized bicycle. SOLUTION: The rider-propelled scooter type two-wheeler 6 is formed, and a saddle frame 13 is extended rockably in the vertical direction near the rear wheel 2 from the body frame 5 of the two-wheeler 6. The motor 15 is fitted to the saddle frame 13 together with a saddle 14, and the motor 15 is arranged near the rear wheel 2. The output shaft 16 of the motor 15 is protruded in parallel with an axle 10 on the outer periphery of the rear wheel 2, and the output shaft 16 is directly pressed to the rear wheel 2 from above to advance the two-wheeler 6 forward by power propulsion when a rider is seated on the saddle 14.
