PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the fitting of a check valve and a layout of a pipe to be connected to the check valve, even if a space in the downstream side of the cheek valve is narrow. SOLUTION: A first check valve 5 to be fitted to a tank port T of a control valve unit 1 is so set that a spring 14 is arranged in the downstream side of a valve element 13 and that the part of the spring is stored in the tank port.
