PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate removal of a minor bore tunnel. SOLUTION: A ring 91 is moved along a propulsive pipe line 62 with the propulsive pipe line 62 being fitted to the inner part to edge-cut the propulsive pipe line 62 from an external ground 80 side. One end of the propulsive pipe line 62 is jacked toward the other end, whereby the propulsive pipe line 62 is jacked and removed from the ground 80.
