PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force distribution controller of a four-wheel drive vehicle capable of improving the conformity of a target torque-current value map and the actual transmission torque-current value characteristic regardless of the deterioration with the lapse of time or the like caused by the individual dispersion, the environmental variation and the long-term use of a torque distribution clutch, and stably obtain the desired torque distribution controlling performance. SOLUTION: This torque distribution controller 10 is provided with a final target torque determining part for determining the optimum final target torque T, a final target torque-current converting part 112 for converting the final target torque into a current value i to the torque distribution clutch 9, and a torque-current map learning and correcting control part 114 for rewriting and correcting the final target torque- current value map determined in the final target torque-current converting part 112 to increase the current value i to the final target torque T by a predetermined value every time when a condition that a heat load equivalent value QCLU by sliding friction, obtained by multiplying the final target torque T by the difference in rotational frequencies between front and rear wheelsΔVw is above a specified value, is satisfied during the traveling in a four-wheel driving condition.
