PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic polyester resin composition having excellent mold release characteristics and impact resistance by making use of a used thermoplastic polyester resin molding product. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic polyester resin composition is obtained by compounding specific amounts of a ground material (A) of a molding product composed of a thermoplastic polyester resin, a polymer particle (B) of multilayer structure having a rubber layer in at least one layer of inner layers and a rigid resin layer at the outermost layer and a specific amount of a lubricant (C) which is an ester-based lubricant and/or a hydrocarbon-based lubricant, has >=270 deg.C 10% heating loss temperature and >=70 deg.C dripping point under melting conditions.
