PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer adhesive film and its manufacturing method capable of omitting complex coating processes of the surfaces of woodworks, synthetic resin products and metallic products such as furniture, electrical appliances, interior parts of automobiles, etc., and of giving weather resistance and pollution resistance on the surface by sticking on the surfaces of products, or of performing decoration such as coloration, patterns, etc. SOLUTION: On the back of a synthetic resin film furnished with sufficient hardness and abrasion resistance for protection of the surface, an adhesive layer has plasticity so as to enable following well the surface form of a treated product and also is formed by laminating with a resin composition containing simultaneously a photopolymerization initiator and a photointensity regulator, if necessary, further a thermal polymerization initiator, and by irradiating light having a wavelength capable of sensitizing the photopolymerization initiator to semi-cure. The adhesive layer of the multilayer film can perform protection and decoration of the surfaces of products effectively and efficiently by carrying out photoirradiation or heat treatment.
