PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester excellent in moldability, hue, and heat resistance and disolved in problem of deposition on a mold, a rise in a filter pressure, yarn break, etc., in the production of moldings such as fibers, films, or bottles. SOLUTION: This is a polyester composition containing an antimony compound, a phosphorus compound, an alkali metal compound, and a cobalt compound in specified amounts.
