Equipment for handling packaged or unpackaged food products has an enclosure and a conveying device partly inside and partly outside the enclosure. The enclosure has a body and a cover connected by a fluid joint through which the conveying device extends. Independent claims are included for the following: (a) a receptacle for use in the above equipment having space(s) for food product(s); and (b) handling e.g. vegetables, as above.
