PURPOSE: A home automation management system having an analog/digital conversion function is provided to convert information inputted and outputted according to a home automation function through a portable wireless web terminal into an analog/digital signal and generate state inquiry and remote instructions. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of analog devices(C1-Cn) are equipped in a plurality of uniform resident/work zone, and has a plurality of sensors for sensing a security and an emergency situation in a corresponding zone, various home appliances, and a device for confirming visitors. A plurality of home automation management devices(A1-An) converts an analog information signal provided from the analog devices(C1-Cn) into a digital data to analyze the digital data, transmits the converted information signal by wireless, processes a response information signal received by wireless, and converts the processed response information signal to an analog signal to provided the analog signal to the analog devices(C1-Cn). A plurality of wireless terminals(B1-Bn) receives the information signal transmitted from the home automation management devices(A1-An) to visibly and audibly reproduce the received information signal, and writes the response information signal to the received information signal to transmit the response information signal by wireless.
