PURPOSE: A method for integrally managing an electronic commercial transaction and system for the method are provided to manage a commodity supply of a vendor company and a commodity storage of a shopping mall. CONSTITUTION: A predetermined client program being provided from a central managing center is installed in a vendor company server and a shopping mall server. The vendor company and the shopping mall are registered in the central managing center through the vendor company server and the shopping mall server. Supplying commodities of the vendor company are registered in the central managing center through the vendor company server(ST2). A commodity wanted by the shopping mall server out of the supplying commodities registered through the shopping mall server is selectively registered in the central managing center(ST5). The central managing center transmits commodity guiding information according to the supplying commodities being transmitted through the vendor company server to the shopping mall server(ST8).
