PURPOSE: A vehicle reclining apparatus is provided to control seat back angle and fold a seat back in a seat cushion direction with one lever, thereby improving the productivity, reducing failure rate, and easily managing parts. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle reclining apparatus includes a lower bracket(200) fixed on one side of a seat cushion and having a first stopper pin(310) at one side of the upper part; an upper bracket(300) fixed on one side of a seat back; a sector gear(340) installed integrately with the lower part of the upper bracket to be positioned between the upper bracket and the lower bracket; a lock gear(230) having one side engaged with the sector gear and the other side rotatably installed on one side of the lower bracket; a lever part rotatably installed on one side of the lower bracket; a cam(220) installed on one side of the lever part for operating the lock gear; a plate(250) preventing the lower part of the upper bracket, the lever part, and the lock gear from being separated and preventing inflow of impurities; a lever spring(240) having both ends connected with the plate and the lever part; a main shaft(260) installed passing through the lower bracket, the sector gear, the upper bracket, and the plate successively; a spiral spring(400) installed at the lower part of the upper bracket over a second stopper pin201 installed passing through the upper part of the sector gear and the main shaft; a stopper(320) having a lower one side fixed at a rivet and the other lower one side fixed by a lock pin(321); a lock plate(350) installed on one side of the upper bracket by the lock pin and rotated by the stopper pin of the lower bracket and having an insertion hole for inserting a fixing pin(501) of the seat back; and a lock spring(330) having both ends connected with the lock plate and the stopper.
