PURPOSE: To prevent deviation in a position between glass substrate electrodes and TCP leads due to the deformation at thermocompression bonding. CONSTITUTION: Only the portion close to the glass end face of a terminal electrode on a TFT substrate is formed aslant, so as to spread to the right and to the left, centering on a terminal group, toward an inner side from a glass edge side.
