PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning device to utilize a plurality of existing air-conditioning devices, reduce a burden to a concentrated control device, maintain stable operation when the number of working outdoor machines is regulated, and hold the operation efficiency of an outdoor machine under operation. SOLUTION: An air-conditioning device is provided with a plurality of outdoor machines 1 and a plurality of indoor machines 3 and constituted such that the outdoor machine 1 controls own operation capacity based on data from each indoor machine 3. A concentrated control device 16 is provided to manage operation capacity of the outdoor machine 1, increase the number of working outdoor machines when a ratio of total operation capacity of a total of the outdoor machines under operation to total rated capacity is increased to a value higher than a first ratio, and decrease the number of working outdoor machines when it is decreased to a value lower than a second ratio. |
