PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-liquid mixing balance valve smoothly adjusting the opening of feed ports of the two liquids at a high response speed. SOLUTION: A easing 3 is provided with hot water and water feed ports 4a and 4b opposed to each other, respective channels 5a and 5b guiding the hot water and water. flowing from the respective feed ports 4a and 4b to the mixing valve 2 are made to flow around to the opposite sides of the respective feed ports 4a and 4b mutually, the respective channels 5a and 5b are adjoined to each other across a partition wall 6, a diaphragm 8 is attached to a window 7 provided in the partition wall 6, and lift valves 10a and 10b for adjusting the opening of the respective feed ports 4a and 4b are attached to the both ends of a valve rod 9 penetratingly attached to the diaphragm 8, so that the diaphragm 8 is displaced according to the pressure change of the hot water and the water in the respective channels 5a and 5b. The lift valves 10a and 10b are moved so as to narrow the opening of one feed port relatively highly changing the pressure from the feed source and widen the opening of the feed port of the other liquid.
