METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING YARN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both a method for producing a yarn by which droplets jetted to the multifilament yarn is controlled to be in an adequate state and the droplets can efficiently be applied to the yarn without causing a large amount of waste as in the case of mists even when the droplets are uniformly applied or even when the droplets are applied by regularly providing variety according to a demand, and an apparatus therefor. SOLUTION: This method for producing yarn is characterized by controlling at least any one of the size of the jetted droplets, jetting interval of the droplets and jetting range of the droplets when the droplets are jetted on the running multifilament yarn. The apparatus therefor is also provided.
